An experience I wont soon forget!

This is the first time that I have leased a new car and it could not of been a better experience! I have always heard good things about West Herr so when I decided to lease a new vehicle West Herr was the first place that I thought of. From the moment my fiance and I got to West Herr Subaru/Kia in Orchard Park we were treated with kindness and respect. The people that greeted us and the financial people were amazing, pleasant and cheerful when we walked in and then working extra hard to get the vehicle down to the price we could afford and calling all over to get the best deal for our lease. When we drove our car that was to be traded into the dealership and then ended up having to use it to go back home to get some paper work . . they had no problem putting gas in the car since we drove it to the dealership on Empty! I must say though the person that stands out the most for me was our sales/lease consultant. I always thought sales people were pushy and at times rude, but Amanda Westley was not pushy and didnt try to get us to do anything that we were not comfortable with. She took her time and gave us her expertise on what subaru is all about. She was extreamly knowledgable and I would recommend anyone thinking of buying or leasing a vehicle to consult with Amanda. Basically it was an awesome experience and I dont think I will ever consider dealing with anyone else when it comes to buying/leasing a vehicle.

West Herr Kia is the best place I have ever dealt with for getting a new car. They are so professional and really care about the customers. They did everything they could to get what we wanted and needed for our family, and they were successful. The Sales Team, the Managers, the Service Dept..everyone that was involved really did a top notch job. We will continue to encourage people to come to this Dealership first..it is worth it and they will find that out very early in their experience. Thanks to all of you, we look forward to sharing our happiness with friends and family.?

The first car I bought from them was about 12 years ago… my credit was terrible, but the financial guy worked really hard to get me a decent car at a price i could handle, when nobody else would bother. They helped me get my credit back on track and I’ve never forgotten it. I discovered the Subaru Forester through them and was very happy with the service that I received, and when I needed to trade it in after my divorce, so that I could have a lower payment, they found me a nice Subaru Impreza. Last night I lost my car keys while I was hiking in the woods. When I got a friend to pick me up, I found that I had no clue where my spare key was either. I was scared I’d have to call a locksmith, or West Herr would charge me a ridiculous price to get me a replacement. I called in the morning, they said it would take a couple minutes to get me a new one, and when I showed up…they had it ready and didn’t charge me a cent. The salesman from last year saw me on my way out and recognized me, even though we hadn’t seen each other. Probably couldn’t place me…but he did know he knew me. I’ve always been very happy with them and my put aside my desire for a Mini Cooper because I’m becoming very loyal to this dealership.
